Been busy these few nights till late.

Did a survey/interview job @ Khatib 8 hours over 2 days and earn quite a bit.
I guess the main gist is the exposure and fun of it.

Got this bachelor and this lady within the same block has similar kind of interests and way of talking. I feel like matchmaking or just tell them they could be potential best friends within the same block! ya many times if the barrier between humans is broken down, you could have make many potential frens with ur neighbours:) Your best fren could be staying just upstairs if u bother talking to them!

One of the elderly residents i interviewed has cancer and she was living alone.
She was so hospitable that she immediately open her house to let me in which I of coz can't. (Reminds me of the verse of letting Christ in when He knocks on the door of ur heart, though i'm not Christ :x) But i had a great time chatting with her and i guess it was also rare for people to knock on her door to chat with her besides from salesmen or insurance agents, with no 'ulterior motives'. Of course i too have a hidden agenda and that is to complete my survey to get my money! haha but i enjoyed the conversation that for a moment of time din really bother to be so task-oriented.

Of course there are some fierce one that just slams door. I even write down in my record of the residents with 'very fierce' and 'very very fierce' comments! lol
I realize the potential of Christ's ministry in whatever marketplace jobs that i held in the future. It further convicts me of some stuffs.
Constants and variables that we learn in secondary school of a math equation for algebra applies similarly in life.
Perhaps maths is not THAT useless after all as it gives u a better concept of what constant (convictions, faith, principles and values) and variables (trials, circumstances and others' reaction) are in a fixed equation (LIFE).
Hmmm... trying to console myself that afterall i din waste my time under MOE for so long as well. :X

Yesterday practiced singing in sch till almost 10pm after my lesson with my group members. Have so much fun, sing-crap , nonsense and serious stuff LOL
Going to have my first solo singing presentation that's graded in a few hours time.
So excited! hope i dun forget the lyrics~~ ^^
